Juxtaposing the french chateau exterior design of a 7,000 sq ft condominium with modern design was executed by completely gutting and redesigning.  Elements such as the design of the arched doorways, french inspired limestone fireplace mantel, stained glass ceiling in the dining room, barrel vaulted ceiling in the living room and iron railing at the sweeping stair in the entry were designed to invoke a feeling of having always been there. The condo was completely gutted and included new windows and doors. Walnut millwork,  unlacquered brass and a limestone floor created continuity throughout the condo.

Modern furnishings, light fixtures and art complete the transition.
