DA DESIGN

 

This project incorporated industrial design to interpret the history of the Salt Lake Stamp Building.However,refined materials of maple, limestone and a Chinese red wall were juxtaposed with stained concrete floors, rusted steel countertops, and  steel hearth and mantel to soften the austerity of the harder edge industrial environment. Most of the furniture was custom designed utilizing steel, glass, metals with warm patinas, and wood.
